We have received a documented legal complaint from a leading European communications company demonstrating violations of law with respect to your board. As a result, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our
company to lock down your board, consistent with our Terms of Use. The lockdown will become effective at the end of business, next Monday, June 17 Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8 hours).
Under our Terms of Use, subscription funds paid for boards that are locked down are not refundable. However, we note that you recently made a major renewal payment for the board, and would like to give your users who contributed to that renewal the opportunity to transfer their contributions
to other communities, or to an ezSupporter account. Please inform your users that they can make arrangements to transfer their funds by sending an email to payments@ezboard.com, document their contribution, and tell us their decision to either transfer to another board (including the board URL) or create an ezSupporter account.
